  • Thank you for shopping withΒ Maple Digital Technology India Pvt Ltd.Β We take pride in offeringΒ quality pre-owned electronic devices, clearly showcasing each product's physical condition through high-resolution videos, bothΒ online and via unique QR codes on packaging.

    This policy outlines our procedures forΒ returns, replacements, and support, designed to provide transparency while protecting both you and us from fraudulent or invalid claims.


Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • ➜ Change in preference for colour, storage capacity, or model
  • ➜ Desire to upgrade/downgrade specifications
  • ➜ Misinterpretation of product specifications clearly listed on our platform
  • NOTE :Every product video linked via the unique QR code reflects the exact physical condition (scratches, dents, blemishes) at the time of dispatch.


Faulty or Defective Devices

  • We stand by theΒ functionalityΒ of each device. If your product shows signs of a hardware issue, please follow the steps below withinΒ 24 hours of delivery:


Step 1: Report the Issue

  • ➜ Include : Order ID, device IMEI, issue details, and screenshots/videos (if applicable)

Step 2: Install Our Diagnostics App

  • You will be guided to install ourproprietary diagnostics app. The app will:

  • ➜ Run a full device health check
  • ➜ Verify IMEI and configuration
  • ➜ Compare current condition with the video evidence from dispatch

Step 2: Inspection & Pickup

  • A pickup will be arranged via our logistics partners

    Our technicians may perform aΒ spot checkΒ at your premises or bring the device to ourΒ warehouse for further evaluation


Repair & Replacement

  • If the Complaint is Genuine:

    We will coordinate withΒ authorized service partnersΒ for genuine part replacement or repair, which may take up to 45 business days.

    If the issue isΒ unrepairable, we will issue aΒ replacement device

  • ➜ Replacement device will be a refurbished/preowned device of equal or similar value and specifications
  • ➜ A revised condition video will be provided with the replacement device for the customer’s validation
  • If the Complaint is Not Genuine:

    Claims involving:

  • ➜ Damage after delivery
  • ➜ Intentional tampering
  • ➜ Misuse of device
  • ➜ Inconsistent diagnostics
  • ➜ Mismatch with dispatch condition
  • will be rejected, and the device will be returnedas-is.


Store & Kiosk Support

  • Customers can also initiate the above process by visiting any of our nearest Maple Support Centres or Kiosks. Please carry:

  • ➜ Your device
  • ➜ Original invoice
  • ➜ QR code video reference

Legal and Compliance Safeguards (As per Indian E-Commerce Guidelines)

  • We comply withΒ Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020,Β andΒ Information Technology Act, 2000

    Devices areΒ sold as refurbished/pre-owned,Β with clear video disclosure. By purchasing, the customerΒ acknowledges the pre-owned conditionΒ of the device.

    Warranties are limited toΒ hardware faults onlyΒ (eg. Defective battery, motherboard/screen malfunction); software issues or third-party app incompatibility or cosmetic defects or normal wear and tear areΒ not covered.

    Customers are advised toΒ record an unboxing videoΒ in case of suspected tampering during delivery. In absence of an unboxing video, claims for missing accessories or delivery-time damage may not be entertained.

    We reserve the right to reject any claims where:

  • ➜ The complaint was raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • ➜ The device was used outside reasonable conditions
  • ➜ There is evidence of physical or water damage not documented at the time of dispatch

Fraud Prevention & IMEI Tracking

  • All devices are tracked via IMEI logs and digital tags. Attempting to switch devices for returns or submitting counterfeit complaints will result inlegal actionunder:

  • ➜ Section 420 of the IPC (Cheating)
  • ➜ IT Act - Section 66C/66D (identity fraud and cheating by personation)
  • We maintain strict records, and fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.


Billing & Taxation

  • GST invoices are provided for all purchases

    Devices are sold under theΒ Second-Hand Goods (Margin Scheme)Β as per GST Rule 32(5), wherever applicable


Warranty Duration

  • Devices come with a limited 180-day hardware warranty unless otherwise specified

  • Warranty is void if:

  • ➜ Unauthorized service centres are used
  • ➜ IMEI numbers are altered or missing
  • ➜ Water damage or mishandling is detected
