Thank you for shopping with Maple Digital Technology India Pvt Ltd. We take pride in offering quality pre-owned electronic devices, clearly showcasing each product's physical condition through high-resolution videos, both online and via unique QR codes on packaging.
This policy outlines our procedures for returns, replacements, and support, designed to provide transparency while protecting both you and us from fraudulent or invalid claims.
Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, including but not limited to:
NOTE :Every product video linked via the unique QR code reflects the exact physical condition (scratches, dents, blemishes) at the time of dispatch.
Faulty or Defective Devices
We stand by the functionality of each device. If your product shows signs of a hardware issue, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of delivery:

Step 2: Inspection & Pickup
A pickup will be arranged via our logistics partners
Our technicians may perform a spot check at your premises or bring the device to our warehouse for further evaluation
Repair & Replacement
- ➜ Replacement device will be a refurbished/preowned device of equal or similar value and specifications
- ➜ A revised condition video will be provided with the replacement device for the customer’s validation
- ➜ Damage after delivery
- ➜ Intentional tampering
- ➜ Misuse of device
- ➜ Inconsistent diagnostics
- ➜ Mismatch with dispatch condition
If the Complaint is Genuine:
We will coordinate with authorized service partners for genuine part replacement or repair, which may take up to 45 business days.
If the issue is unrepairable, we will issue a replacement device
If the Complaint is Not Genuine:

Legal and Compliance Safeguards (As per Indian E-Commerce Guidelines)
- ➜ The complaint was raised after 24 hours of delivery
- ➜ The device was used outside reasonable conditions
- ➜ There is evidence of physical or water damage not documented at the time of dispatch
We comply with Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and Information Technology Act, 2000
Devices are sold as refurbished/pre-owned, with clear video disclosure. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges the pre-owned condition of the device.
Warranties are limited to hardware faults only (eg. Defective battery, motherboard/screen malfunction); software issues or third-party app incompatibility or cosmetic defects or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video in case of suspected tampering during delivery. In absence of an unboxing video, claims for missing accessories or delivery-time damage may not be entertained.

Billing & Taxation
GST invoices are provided for all purchases
Devices are sold under the Second-Hand Goods (Margin Scheme) as per GST Rule 32(5), wherever applicable
Warranty Duration

- ➜ IMEI numbers are altered or missing
- ➜ Water damage or mishandling is detected
