1. Campaign Scope & Overview

Maplestore.in (the "Company") is hosting a promotional Lucky Draw Campaign during its 1st Anniversary Sale Event. This promotional offer is valid from 16th July 2026 (00:00 Hrs IST) through 26th July 2026 (23:59 Hrs IST). By participating in this Campaign, shoppers and referrers explicitly agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Strict Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to enter the draw and claim a prize, individuals must be legal residents of India, aged 18 years or above at the time of entry, and possess a valid PAN Card and Government-issued ID.

2.1. Absolute Exclusions & Channel Integrity

Maple Staff & Affiliates: All permanent or contractual employees, directors, and immediate family members of Maple are strictly barred.

Vi (Vodafone Idea) Staff: Employees, strategic associates, and agency families of Vi Staff are entirely excluded from participation.

Commercial Trade Exclusions: Dealers, resellers, bulk trade purchasers, corporate business buyers, and institutional accounts are strictly ineligible. This campaign is dedicated entirely to individual retail end-users. Any commercial orders or corporate invoices will be automatically identified and permanently removed from the lucky draw database.

AUDIT WARNING: All billing parameters (such as corporate GSTINs, institutional domains, repeating address clusters, or bulk trading volumes) will be fully screened. Any commercial billing will trigger automatic extraction from the raffle database.

3. Entry & Participation Mechanics

3.1. Pathway A: New & Existing Direct Shoppers

Every individual retail customer who successfully places an order for an iPhone, MacBook, iPad, or Apple Watch via maplestore.in between 16th and 26th July 2026 is automatically entered into the drawing database upon invoice generation.

3.2. Pathway B: Pre-Existing Customer Referral Program

Customers who purchased from maplestore.in prior to 16th July will receive a customized referral link embedded with distinct tracking parameters (UTM tags):

The pre-existing individual customer distributes this custom link to family and friends.

When a recipient uses the link to complete a purchase of a core category device (iPhone/MacBook/iPad/Watch) during the campaign, BOTH the referrer and the purchaser are independently enrolled into the lucky draw pool, provided both entries conform to individual consumer guidelines.

5. Winner Selection, Validation & The 24-Hour Policy

Winners will be randomly selected post-sale conclusion via an automated digital randomizer process. To ensure complete alignment with public compliance regulations, strict drawing rules govern fulfillment:

Publication: The official list of validated winners will be published on maplestore.in and verified brand social channels.

The 24-Hour Confirmation Window: Selected winners will be contacted via voice call. The winner must formally acknowledge and confirm their identity within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of the first communication attempt. If a selected primary candidate fails to answer or produce credentials, the win is immediately canceled and routed to structural backup winners.

Order Integrity: Product orders must be entirely settled. Any order cancellation, consumer return request, trade audit flag, or transaction fallback executed on or before the draw date immediately revokes the entry ticket.

6. Legal Notice & Indian Tax Compliance

Statutory TDS Liability: In absolute accordance with Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, any prize value realization is subject to a flat Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of 30% plus relevant statutory surcharges. All specific tax settlements must be processed prior to individual prize handovers.

Jurisdiction: This activation is governed under the explicit framework of consumer safety regulations of India. Any litigation remains subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
