In case FIND MY iPhone is not turned off, the device cannot be diagnosed and rebooted, which is a necessary step to resolve issues. For such incidents, a mandatory handling fees of ₹500 will be charged only after which the device will be returned to the source.
For devices that are deemed to be in a non-repairable condition, mandatory handling charges of ₹500 will be applicable, to get the device returned through delivery. Alternatively, you can visit the Maple Khar service center to pick up your device for free, only between 6pm to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
For devices that are Obsolete or vintage, there is a chance that the device cannot be repaired. In case the device cannot be repaired, a mandatory handling fees of ₹500 will be charged only after which the device will be returned to the source. This will be determined on a case by case basis, and the subsequent process will be handled accordingly.
For cases involving refunds, the refund will be processed in 7-10 working days subject to approvals and entire process being completed.
