I and my friend want to know whether we can buy Eleva and what we need to keep in mind.
Anyone who has bought the latest iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Macbook – Air & pro series with M2 chip, can Buy Eleva within 7 days of the new device purchase from our partner store. We welcome everyone. However, Eleva is not available on old devices and devices purchased outside of India. Also, the amazing thing about Eleva is the “No Activation Process”. Once mentioned on your invoice, it is automatically done.

Can Eleva be transferred to another New device?
We would love to do that but since Eleva is tagged to IMEI number and the New device will have a new IMEI number, we would be unable to process that.

My phone model is not available anymore or is discontinued by the brand, How can I avail replacement benefit?
In such scenarios, we will offer ABB of 60% on the invoice price which can be used to upgrade or for buying any accessories as per your liking.

Do I have to submit any KYC documents while using Eleva?
While buying No, While availing certain services, Yes. You just have to provide any one valid ID proof – Passport, Aadhar Card, other Government ID bearing Photo and Address of the person etc

How many times can I use the feature of replacement or ABB?
Twice depending on the variant of Eleva you choose. You can either replace the device or avail of ABB or both depending upon the device. However, rewards and benefits activated before expiration will continue till their expiry date

Can I have a free look-in period to use Eleva and can I cancel it later?
This feature is normally applicable on Insurance contracts and since Eleva is a Privilege Program and not an insurance program, you won’t be able to cancel the subscription

My manufacturer just replaced my phone with a brand new one due to some defect, how can I avail of Eleva features?
No worries, we have got you covered. You just have to provide a swap letter or details given to you by the brand during replacement confirming the same

How can I activate or use different benefits and vouchers provided to me?
