- SHIELD covers protection only for devices and does not include boxes and accessories.
- Colour peeling and cosmetic damages are not covered under Shield.

- The tenure mentioned in all the above plans is from the date of purchase of the device. These plans can be taken only at the time of purchasing the device.
- SHIELD can be claimed by the device's owner under whom the invoice has been made or by any family member only.
- For cases where device is damaged and covered under SHIELD plan. 5% of the approved insurance amount should be borne by the customer.
- Protection services offered will be at the sole discretion of Maple Digital Technology International Pvt.ltd.
