If you wish to change your device or avail any of our services, we will not ask you any questions until you come to us within the last day of your Eleva Active Period, which ends at midnight.

Required Documentation

To comply with local applicable laws, we only require your Eleva details followed by a device verification on tampering or its age (which we will perform) and your government-recognized KYC. So you just have to help us with KYC compliance.

Utility

You can use Eleva services whenever you want at your leisure during the Eleva Active Period. Please note that, once you use the Replacement or ABB features, your Eleva will become inactive for the foreseeable future, regardless of balance duration.

Free Pick-up and Drop-off with Loaner Device Facility

We understand that our customers are busy and thus, we make it easy by providing door-to-door service for warranty-related issues with a standby or loaner device. We will pick up your device, transport it to the Service Center, and return the repaired device to you, regardless of where you are in the country.

Zero Depreciation Replacement

Yes, you read that right! In case, you face any issues with your iPhone or MacBook, we will instantly replace it with a like-to-like device or gadget (breakdown or warranty-related issues are excluded); whether on day 10 or day 365. And we do not depreciate your device when you wish to avail benefit under the Replacement Guarantee.
