  • Provide identity proof if requested by us/partner (at time of availing replacement or ABB).
  • Make sure to switch off your FMIP or any other feature/software (at the time of availing replacement or ABB).
  • Make sure to back up the software and data on the registered device before availing of a replacement or ABB.
  • Keep the original box or accessories forming the part of the standard package in good condition to avoid paying a deduction fee.
  • Sign the release of liability form while availing replacement or ABB.
  • Do give us mentioned timelines to respond in case of escalations or disagreements.
  • Do pay relevant fees wherever applicable.
  • Do give your feedback and suggestions to help us improve.

Don’ts

  • Don’t discard or misplace your original purchase bill, box, and accessories.
  • Don’t forget to use the Eleva rewards and benefits.
  • Don’t install any third-party apps or software banned or prohibited by the Government of India.
  • Don’t use your device for any unlawful or criminal activities or actions.

This Privilege program is currently applicable only on the latest iPhone & MacBook series.

Eleva gives you the flexibility to get an instant brand new device in case you break your device & wish to change color or upgrade gigabytes of your device just by paying a change fee & difference fee depending upon your gadget & we won’t ask you any questions. Details of the fee is forming a part of the document.

Eleva is tagged to the IMEI or the Serial number of the device subscribed by you & not to its user or purchaser, hence it’s easy for you or any of your friends & family to avail benefits of Eleva.

Eleva can be bought from any of our partner stores within 7 days of purchase of the new device irrespective of the fact that the device is bought online or offline. Eleva prices do not change with changes in GB or the color of your device, pricing is common across GB variants & colors for a particular model.

Eleva is the only program that gives you a brand new like-to-like replacement with a subscription fee at the time of enrolment & service fee (which is the same as a subscription fee) when your device is broken & wish to have a replacement. Both subscription fee & service fee is always to avoid a hassle-free experience. Change is inevitable & we appreciate our customers’ ever-changing demands, hence you can pay an additional INR 5000/- for iPhones & INR 10000/- for MacBooks, as a Change Fee towards the change of color & GB variant when you come to us for redemption during replacement.

Now let us get into details of each service offering in Eleva – Powered by EasyOzy,

Eleva Agreement:  Agreement of services offered under Eleva, the terms and conditions of which have been set out in this document.

 

We, Us, Our: The issuer of Eleva i.e. EasyOzy

 

You/Your:  The person to whom Eleva is issued.

 

Eleva Tagged Gadget: The unique product on which Eleva is subscribed. Currently, Eleva can be subscribed on the latest iPhones & MacBook

 

Model List: Applicable Model list on which Eleva can be subscribed, currently Eleva is applicable on the Latest New Product Introduction by Apple.

 

Onboarding Period: Eleva can be subscribed within 7 days from the date of purchase of your device or gadget, however, your start date will be always considered from the date of your purchase invoice.

 

Eleva Active Period: This is the date when your subscription will start & will be active until the last date depending upon the product to which you have subscribed, however, you can subscribe to Eleva within 7 days from the date of purchase of your new gadget. Eleva tenure for iPhones is 1 year & for MacBooks is 2 years from the date of Invoice of your Gadget.

 

Price Change: Means change in prices either upward or downward by OEM or brand. Eleva guarantees you that Price Change will not impact your device Replacement Guarantee feature whether it increased or decreased for a said model with the same configuration including color, GB variant, chip, etc & your Service Fee at the time of availing replacement will always be the same as your Subscription Fee which you have paid.

 

Subscription Fee: A fee which you pay to get onboarded with Eleva and have fantastic service offerings for your new iPhone or MacBook.

 

Service Fee: A fee which we charge you when you wish to avail Replacement under our product offering of Eleva.

 

Change Fee: A fee that needs to be paid by you, if you desire a change of color or GB variant for the Eleva Tagged Gadget, however, model change is not allowed in any circumstances.

For example, iPhone 13 cannot be replaced with 13 Pro or the latest NPI, similarly MacBook Air M1 chip cannot be changed to the latest MacBook Air M2 Chip or similar.

Change Fee is INR 5000/- for iPhones & INR 10000/- for MacBooks.

 

Difference Fee: This is the difference of the payable amount when you take a replacement device other than to like a replacement, which you have to bear since you have changed the device variant or color and there is a price difference by OEM or Brand. This difference fee is completely linked to the price of the device which you choose at the time of replacement and fixed by brand or partner.

 

Deduction Fee: A fee which is flat of INR 1000/- for iPhone & INR 3000/- for Macbook in case you do not have accessories or box forming part of a standard package of the brand including the device box. This fee will always be over and above all Fees which you may have to bear & applicable only if your accessories or box is damaged/non-working or not available.

 

New Product Introduction by OEM or Brand: New range of products launched by the brand & Eleva can only be subscribed to the latest NPI.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty: The original in-box warranty coverage that has been provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is assumed to begin on the date of purchase of the device as mentioned on the invoice.

Invoice: The original purchase invoice that has been issued to you by the partner for the gadget on which Eleva is tagged

 

Declaration cum acceptance with the Release of liability form: A document whereby you accept the terms & conditions as defined in all communication modes (this document, our webpages & any emails which we have sent you) along with the release of liability when you avail services of Eleva.

 

Business Days:: Our business days include weekdays between Monday & Friday excluding all Saturdays, Sundays, and all national and state holidays. Our business days may get impacted due to Riot, Strike & all such unforeseen incidents including any epidemic, pandemic, or health emergency declared by a competent authority & any central, state, or local government announcements impacting standard operations, hence such events will be treated as non-business days.

Eleva is designed exclusively for Premium customers of our partners by EasyOzy on the latest NPI of Apple iPhones & MacBooks depending upon the gadget which you buy.

A few easy benefit features are as follows.

No Questions Asked:   If your device suffers damage or wishes to avail of any of our services, we will not ask you any questions subject to you coming to us within or on the last day until midnight of your Elive Active Period.

Paperwork Required:  We just need your Eleva details followed by a device verification on tampering or its age (this will be done by us) & your govt recognized KYC to comply with locally applicable laws. All of this will be done by us, you just have to help us with KYC compliance.

Utility: You can utilize Eleva Services whenever you wish to at your discretion & we do not bore you with questions including delay subject too you have come to us during Eleva Active Period, however, once you avail of Replacement or ABB feature your Eleva will get inactive for a future date, irrespective of balance duration.

Free Pick & Drop with Loaner :  We understand that our customers are pre-occupied & with EasyOzy we make it easy, we offer you doorstep service for your warranty-related problems along with a standby or loaner device. We will pick up your device, drop it at the Service Centre and deliver the repaired device back to you irrespective of which part of the country you are in.

Zero Depreciation Replacement: Yes you heard it right, we replace your device with like to like gadget or device, applicable only when your iPhone or MacBook is damaged (breakdown or warranty-related issues are out of scope) be it on day 10th or 365th days, what’s more, we do not depreciate your device when you wish to avail benefit under Replacement Guarantee. We even do not burden you with any additional cost if the device price is increased by OEM, applicable only for like-to-like replacement. Isn’t it amazing?

We want to update you that if the device is discontinued then we can fix the device for you alternatively you can take a flat 60% of your invoice price for said device & you may purchase anything you wish from our partner. We are offering this only if you do not wish to take like to like replacement.

For instance, if you break iPhone 13 – 64 GB variant being White/Silver color, then we replace your Eleva Tagged Device with the same make, model, color & variant by charging you a Service Fee. In case a variant is not available in stock then you will have to wait until the said stock or device or gadget is next available with our partner. However, if you wish to avail of services immediately then you may take a change in color or variant or both, in such event you have to pay a change fee additionally & a difference fee if applicable

In situations where we are not able to arrange a device as a replacement until 15 business days after noticing that stock is unavailable, then we may offer you a change in color without any change fee, however, if there is a GB variant change then you will have to contribute INR 5000/- for iPhones & INR 10000/- for MacBook towards change fee, in addition to the difference fee, if applicable.

Let us set a few scenarios with you to make you understand how our services are so easy-

For iPhones that are bent & damaged be it Physical or Liquid – You can come to us anytime within or on 365th days with bent or damaged iPhones, we will ask you to pay a service fee which is the same as your subscription fee & replace your device with a brand new box device. In case your device is discontinued by the brand then we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner or we will repair your device once and return it, subject to you have paid service fee. In case where your device is catastrophically damaged or not repairable or the repair cost is more than 60% of your invoice value then a Flat 60% of Invoice Value shall be provided & in no circumstance, we will acknowledge any more liability & you hereby agree to it

For MacBook which is bent & damaged be it Physical or Liquid – You can come to us anytime within or on 730th days with a bent or damaged MacBook & we will ask you to pay a service fee which is the same as your subscription fee & replace your device with a brand new box replacement. In case your device is discontinued by the brand then we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner or we will repair your device once and return it, subject to you have paid service fee. In case where your device is catastrophically damaged or not repairable or the repair cost is more than 60% of your invoice value than a Flat 60% of Invoice Value shall be provided & in no circumstance we will acknowledge any more liability & you hereby agree to it

Change: We know change is inevitable & we understand the needs of our customers hence we allow you to change color & GB variant excluding any model upgrade or/and chip change or upgrade including product discontinuation by Brand or OEM, with a nominal fee of INR 5000/- for iPhones & INR 10000/- for MacBook.

For your easy understanding

Case – 1: For instance, if your device is damaged & you wish to take replacement on the 365th day from the date of purchase with the same color, we will simply charge you a service fee & replace your device with like to like a gadget. Just in case your product color or model is discontinued by Brand or OEM, in such case we will either repair your device subject to repair value is up to 60% of your invoice value & you pay the service fee or we will give Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to redeem any other product from our partner. We do not charge you a change fee just in case your gadget color is discontinued by brand or OEM. However, if the GB variant is discontinued, then we will charge you a Change Fee in addition to a Difference Fee if any, even if it’s discontinued by Brand or OEM when you wish to take replacement only

Case – 2: For instance, if your device is damaged & you wish to take a replacement on the 365th day from the date of purchase with different color, we will simply charge you a service fee and change fee & replace your device with a new gadget. Just in case your product color or model is discontinued by Brand or OEM, in such case we will either repair your device subject to repair value is up to 60% of your invoice value & you pay a service fee or we will give Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to redeem any other product from our partner. We do not charge you a change fee just in case your gadget color is discontinued by brand or OEM. However, if the GB variant is discontinued, then we will charge you a Change Fee in addition to a Difference Fee if any, even if it’s discontinued by the Brand or OEM when you wish to take replacement only

Case – 3: For instance, if your device is damaged & you wish to take replacement on the 365th day from the date of purchase with the same or different color but the difference in GB variant, we will simply charge you a service fee, change fee & difference fee if any & replace your device with a new gadget. Just in case your product color or model is discontinued by Brand or OEM, in such case we will either repair your device subject to repair value is up to 60% of your invoice value & you pay a service fee or we will give Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to redeem any other product from our partner. We do not charge you a change fee just in case your gadget color is discontinued by brand or OEM. However, if the GB variant is discontinued, then we will charge you a Change Fee in addition to a Difference Fee if any, even if it’s discontinued by Brand or OEM when you wish to take replacement only

Case – 4: For instance, your device is damaged & you wish to take replacement on 365th day from date of purchase with other or new or upgraded model (Such as model upgrade on same series or chip enhance, etc even in case your product is discontinued by Brand or OEM, in such case, we will give Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to redeem any other product from our partner or at your choice we can repair your device subject to repair cost is up to 60% of your invoice value & deliver it back subject to you have paid a service fee. For instance, if you have iPhone 13 64 GB white color & you wish to upgrade to iPhone NPI or iPhone 13 pro, in such a scenario we will only pay you 60% of the device value. If opted by you, we will repair your device subject to repair cost being up to 60% of your invoice value & deliver it back subject to you have paid a service fee

In all the above cases, if the device box or accessories is not submitted or damaged, then an additional deduction fee will be charged over and above all fees, applicable only for replacement.

Excluding repair, if chosen, in such a scenario we will retain your device & it is deemed that ownership is transferred to us from the said date & we at our discretion can dispose it of with compliance to local laws, which you hereby agree & acknowledge.

Assured Buy Back: This amazing feature guarantee you a promise to buy back your device for a Flat 60% of the invoice value for up to 400 days for iPhones & up to 750 days for your MacBook. We do not bore you with scratches or dents. You just need to make sure your device is fully functional. Even if your device is not functional we give you a Flat 60% of the Invoice value for your device but up to 365 days only for iPhones & up to 730 days for your MacBook from your date of invoice, as per the scenarios mentioned. We do not deduct any amount if you have availed any bump up or discount or cashback or gift etc which you received from a brand or partner whilst you subscribed to the device, hence no surprises. We have linked this ABB feature with invoice value, however, your invoice value can’t be more than MRP as mentioned on the device or gadget box which is received. In case you do not have a box available & if we believe your invoice is higher, then in such a scenario we will consider the last sale amount of our partner system or amount which we feel is reasonable at our discretion, to which you hereby agree & acknowledge.

Let us set a few scenarios with you to make you understand how our services are so easy

For iPhones fully functional – You can come to us anytime within or on 400th  days with fully functional/working iPhones & we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner.

For iPhones that have dents & scratches – You can come to us anytime within or on 400th  days with your iPhones bearing scratches or dents & we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner. Glass broken on camera or moisture in lenses etc will be considered as damaged & below mentioned scenario shall be considered.

For iPhones that are bent & damaged be it Physical or Liquid – You can come to us anytime within or on 365th days with bent or damaged iPhones including minor/major cracks anywhere on the device & we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner.

For Fully Functional MacBook – You can come to us anytime within or on 750th  days with a fully functional/working MacBook & we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner.

For MacBooks that have dents & scratches – You can come to us anytime within or on 750th  days with your MacBook bearing scratches or dent & we will give you a Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner. If the screen is broken or moisture in Logic Board or any component not working etc will be considered as damaged & below mentioned scenario shall be considered.

For MacBooks that are bent & damaged be it Physical or Liquid – You can come to us anytime within or on 730th days with a bent or damaged MacBook including minor/major crack anywhere on the device & we will give you Flat 60% of your invoice value which you can use to buy any other product from our partner. However in case of a Dead MacBook or “non-power on” we won’t be able to offer our services.

In all scenarios, tampering & device validation shall be done by us or our authorized partners, for which you may have to wait until validation is complete & fully cooperate if there are any queries raised. If observed any tampering or misrepresentation all Eleva services will be null & void.

In all of the above scenarios, if the device box or accessories is not submitted or damaged, then an additional deduction fee will be charged over and above.

The number of times you can avail its benefit: You can redeem either ABB or Replacement feature in Eleva only once, after that your Eleva becomes inactive because your Eleva is tagged to your device IMEI or serial number and with replacement or ABB redemption, the device IMEI or Serial Number is changed. However, whichever services you have redeemed before availing Replacement or ABB, will be effective until its last day of service.

We do not restrict or stop you to take Eleva by paying a Subscription Fee even on your replaced or upgraded device, subject to whilst at Replacement, the gadget is of latest NPI, subject to Eleva at that point of time is available on the said model

Things you should remember about Eleva

  • Enjoy on or before the last day of Eleva Active Period (basis on scenarios mentioned above) from the date of invoice of your gadget
  • Validity starts from the date of Invoice of your gadget & tagged to said IMEI or serial number of the device or gadget, Eleva is not at all linked to the user or purchaser of the device
  • No need to activate your Eleva, once bought and mentioned on the Invoice it is deemed activated
  • Benefits or any voucher under Eleva subscription is not transferable or you cannot encash it towards other store credit or any form of currency
  • Redeemable only in any of our partner Outlets
  • You need to pay various fees as applicable depending upon the scenarios, as asked by our partner
  • Eleva benefits and features do not apply to Battery or Accessories including any wear & tear on the gadget
  • Eleva does not provide any kind of monetary or non-monetary support for your data restoration
  • Eleva services will be denied only if your device is not purchased from an authorized channel or device is tampered with or was subscribed not on a new device or if you have not declared important information about yourself and/or your gadget or IMEI or a serial number of your gadget is other that tagged with Eleva.
  • Make sure your IMEI/Serial number is mentioned on the purchase invoice of the gadget or device, along with your Eleva subscription
  • In case your device is replaced by a brand/OEM then we would need a Letter confirming the change of serial/IMEI from the brand. You normally get this document when the change happens, hence we recommend saving this document.
  • You do not have to make any call or raise any request on any app or webpage, just simply walk into your nearest partner Outlet to avail the benefit of Eleva, however, the partner store can guide you to reach out to us in case of any confusion or whatsoever condition or any scenario, in such case you have to bear with us for 3 business days for us to come back with next step or resolution.
  • Both partner & EasyOzy shall not be liable for delay or failure in services including suspension of Service Assurance in the event of a strike, government policies or decision or activities, the act of God, disruption in global supply chains, or any other cause beyond our control including global events which disrupt the supply of any part essential towards repair
  • Both partner & EasyOzy shall not be liable for any kind of direct or indirect damage, loss of data, any loss of profit or gain during the service, loss of use, inconvenience including mental or physical harassment, any loss including consequential damage caused due to improper functioning of the product or services offered
  • All or any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder

  • Eleva does not provide any support or redemption, in case there is loss or theft or burglary to the device due to whatsoever reason
  • Eleva benefits and features are not redeemable towards damages due to unlawful activity including terrorism, War, Nuclear Explosion, Radioactive Contamination, Chemical, Biochemical, Biological, Electromagnetic, Cyber attacks, etc.
  • Change in Internal Chip or upgrade or model change etc is not allowed under replacement benefit. In such a scenario depending upon your device or gadget age, we will offer ABB, if applicable and complied. In case you do not wish to avail yourself either, we will get your device fixed subject to applicable fees
  • You understand that if model, color, GB variant, internal chips, etc is discontinued by brand, then a flat 60% offer stands agreeable
  • You agree to pay all the applicable fees while availing yourself services.
  • Non-fulfillment of any conditions set out in this document may cause the rejection of your request; hence we solicit your co-operation to ensure we can provide you a perfect service experience.
  • Eleva does not provide any support or redemption, in case there is any loss or theft or burglary to the device due to whatsoever reason, including data loss & its recovery cost, software update, virus attacks, etc
  • This Document or Agreement is a complete agreement between EasyOzy Pvt Ltd and the Customer. The retailer or partner or channel is the only authorized dealer of our products and shall not be responsible for any of your grievances concerning the services to be performed by us under this document. Any statements or representations made by resellers, ASPs, or others, that are inconsistent with this Agreement shall not be binding upon EasyOzy Pvt Ltd.
  • Marketing brochures are meant purely for educating customers and do not have any commercial value & its nonbinding.
